The Services may integrate with or link to third-party products and services. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their use is subject to their own terms.

You agree to indemnify and hold Kytesoft harmless from claims, damages and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms or use the Services in a way that may cause harm. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

We may modify the Services or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
